*Food Coma Alert!* Just devoured an unforgettable Italian feast at Nove in Banjara Hills, and I am a fan. The moment you step in, you're hit with the aroma of freshly baked bread and the warmth of a Italian mamma's kitchen . *Food: 5/5 * - The pasta dishes are ON POINT - creamy, flavourful, and cooked al dente perfection. They served us a bread basket with butter which had the super soft bun rolls, a perfect start. We ordered the Languini Scampi, Pumpkin Tortellini, seafood risotto and John Dory steak served with lemon butter sauce which was delicious. - Desserts? Don't even get me started...the spread was great, we ordered their apple pie served with vanilla ice-cream which had the perfect crust. *Ambience: 5/5 * - Cozy, homely vibe that's perfect for a family dinner or a romantic night out with a lovely outdoor seating - Decor was simple yet elegant with tables spread out well. *Service: 5/5 * - Super fast service! Our food arrived in under 10 minutes, and that's with the place buzzing . - Staff are friendly, attentive, and happy to help with recommendations. Athan was really courteous and nice. *Price: 5/5 while prices are on slightly higher side, it's good value for money. *Overall: 5/5 * If you're in Banjara Hills, Nove is a MUST-VISIT for authentic, lip-smacking Italian food in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Service was on point from the time I sent a message to ask about reservations. They ensured we had everything we needed and even gave us a surprise dessert for our anniversary! Pasta was homemade and cooked al dente. The sauce for the mozzarella fritters was so nice I would have even had it as a sauce on pasta! The spinach in the raviolis was fresh and could taste how fresh it was! Pizza base was soft and fluffy! We are a family from Melbourne Australia after some good Italian food! Nove did not disappoint!!!! It is on par with some of the great Italian restaurants in Melbourne! We have shared the amazingness with friends and will be back soon!

Wonderful Italian food at Nove – The Italian Kitchen. The pizza was outstanding—light, flavourful, and incredibly satisfying. The real showstopper of the evening was the cheese wheel pasta, rich and indulgent with great tableside flair. The almond-crusted salmon was decent but didn’t quite match the excellence of the other dishes. Overall, a great dining experience and definitely worth a visit.
